The 4th Amendment

Lyrics

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons,

houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches

And seizures, shall not be violated

No Warrants shall issue, but if supported by Oath or affirmation

Upon probable cause…” (from a judge)

“… and particularly describing the place to be searched,

and the persons or things to be seized.”

We gotta make sure that we are specific with the “deets”

Every man is a king, and his house is a castle

Our bodies are temples, protected from getting hassled

from excessive judicial power at the hands of the feds

We remembered how British illegally searched our lands

So yea, you can’t search my space, if you don’t got proof

That I’m doing something wrong, so the burden falls on you

To prove that I’m dangerous, so if you don’t got it

Get your hands our my house, my car, and my pockets
